Go, go, go, our world is a whirlwind of energy. If we don't pay attention and make space for quiet, it can leave us feeling spent. Do you fill all your in between time with texting, FaceBook or writing "To Do" lists? Do you fill each extra moment with a meeting, coffee date or going to the gym? When is the last time you just sat still, guilt free? Accessing your spiritual self, deep thinking and creative energy all requires a stillness. Intentionally take 10 minutes each day this week to reboot. Like anything, it takes practice. Meditation is a formal way of promoting stillness but if that's not your style, consider just being present without input from crowds, television, internet or music. Consider activities like going for a walk without your headset, sitting in a warm bath or curling up onto the sofa with just a cup of tea. This is an important part of self care that we need to incorporate into our daily routine. It prevents burn out, promotes ideas and stimulates thoughts of gratitude. Will you accept the stillness challenge this week? #SoulFuelCompany
