Today is National Stress Awareness Day!
In this day and age we are all very aware of and experience STRESS daily. The key is knowing what helps you get rid of it.
Some of our favorite ways to de-stress are to: 1. Practice Gratitude--Name or journal what we are thankful for 2. Exercise--a nice brisk walk or trip to the gym helps blow off steam 3. Coffee with a good friend--Talking about what is stressing us out with a friend who is positive and getting feedback is so helpful. 4. Moments of Stillness--Taking a few minutes out of our day to stop and be still and focus on what is truly important in life can reset our day. 5. Get outdoors--Appreciating the natural world can bring so much joy and stress-relief to our life if we let it.
